PAYMENT POLICY:
All values of currency on this site are in Great Brittish Pounds (GBP).

We accept all major credit/debit cards :: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo (uses 128 Bit encription via PROTX, Barclays business services)

We also accept payment via Paypal.

Venus Nail & Beauty Supplies Ltd do not store any credit/Debit card information and all credit/Debit cards payments are handled by Protx.
Transaction security

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Free UK mainland postage on Orders of £50 or over; (EXCEPT FURNITURES) orders under £50 will be charged at a flat rate of £3.99. For orders outside the UK mainland and the Weight over 30Kg, please email us for information.

Telephone orders:
If you prefer, we are able to take credit or debit card payment over the phone. If you would like to make use of this facility, please phone us between the hours of 10:30 am to 5.30 pm . Monday to Friday our contact number is 0208 858 3302.
All orders received this way will be processed immediately.

Due to recent increase in card & ID fraud and for added security, goods will only be shipped to the registered card or account holders address

All orders will receive a confirmation email and order number. Please keep this information safe as they will be needed when making enquiries.

Prices: All prices shown are including VAT .

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING POLICIES:
Please allowing up to 7 -- 15 days for order to be sent to international address, depending on the Zones destination
Keep in mind that some products may not be allowed to be shipped outside of UK. But make sure to refund you your money.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment clearing (Subject to stock availability at the time your order is processed). The vast majority of orders are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. Please note that we cannot dispatch goods until payment has been received, this will need to be taken into consideration when choosing your payment option.

If you require urgent delivery, please speak to a member of the Customer Service team on 0208-858-3302 to make arrangements.

Delivery is made via Royal Mail or by courier. Please allow 2 to 5 working day, depending on the size of the order. Dispatch costs will be defined at the checkout point. Rates are set and cannot be amended. Please contact Customers Services if you wish to make alternative arrangements for delivery. Local pick up can be arranged.
After 2 failed delivery attempts any goods will be returned to us by the courries & you will be responsible for any associated delivery& return cost.
All goods remail the property of Venus Nail & Beauty Supplies LDT until paid for in full.


Please note all our electrical goods are 220 voltage suitable for use within England UK, or countries compatible with 240 voltages only.

CLAIMS MISSING ITEMS: INSPECTIONS of goods immediately, all claim must be made within 7 days from invoice date.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be return to us unless the product faulty or broken.

Exchanges and refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges plus insurance (if applicable) .When returning goods to us. All incomplete returns (missing part) are subject to a minimum 20% restocking. Certain items are excluded from the returns policy; this information is available in the product description.

We will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer.

Please contact us via email or phone to arrange for the return of merchandise. Confirmation must be made before returned items are sent or the transaction will be void.
